Everyone is Worthy of Healing Logo

Lots of times we know what's wrong or what we need to do but actually feeling better and getting unstuck requires something more.

That is why Soma Therapy and Wellness uses evidenced based bottom-up experiential therapies for treating trauma, relationships and overall mental health. Our approach is knowledgeable while offering grounded holistic and compassionate care. We help create opportunities for clarity, growth, and connection in trauma-informed and creative ways that consider the mind, body, and spirit.

how can we help you?

We believe we are designed to heal and that as humans we are constantly seeking that. It’s important people find the path that is most authentic to them and be supported in the journey.

At Soma we offer support through a holistic and communal wellness approach, finding the right therapeutic approach, and in training the next generation of healers.

At SOMA, we are committed to walking alongside our clients on their unique journeys. We celebrate diversity and seek to honor people of all races, cultures, ethnicities, religious and spiritual beliefs, gender, sexuality, physical and mental abilities, size and appearance. Our clinicians are open-minded, committed to their own anti-racist work, and LGBTQ+ affirming.

*Soma is located on the second floor of a historic building, as a result, the building has not been updated with an elevator. In light of how stairs can present as a barrier to access care, all SOMA therapists offer virtual sessions.
