Soma Therapy & Wellness was created on the premise that there shouldn't be a gap between having a safe inclusive space and effective trauma therapy. At the heart of SOMA is a desire to offer holistic whole person healing through body oriented and bottom up brain based psychotherapy. Additionally, Soma is the only trauma-informed therapy practice in Hampton Roads to specialize in religious trauma healing, spiritual integration, and to offer sex informed attachment therapy for couples.
Soma is currently hiring mental health psychotherapists but is on track to soon hire other wellness professionals who will offer in house alternative holistic services.
